Who is the Emerging Leaders Programme for?
High potential people who are taking on a leadership role for the first time, who are in their first management role, or who are leading a team for the first time. Previously, they succeeded because they were technically proficient. They were very good at their function and were productive as individuals.
Now the game has changed. They need to have adaptive skills - the ability to get things done with and through others and lead actions internally and make things happen externally.

Why the ELP?
In order to be applicable, the curriculum is designed to give you the chance to use what you’ve learned on your most pressing business issue or opportunity from the first day that you’re back in the office so that you make a significant business impact.
In order to be interactive, the ELP embeds group work, live and virtual simulations, and one-on-one time with an executive coach because these interactive elements turbo-boost the learning experience. This is where Enterprise ProfitAbility brings accounting, leadership, teamwork and decision making to life.
Finally, in order to be relevant, we recognise that many twentieth century management styles are fast becoming out of date.
